These terms govern reservations, stays and the use of our facilities at Nebcon Executive Lodge.
1. Reservations
Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a valid reservation and, where applicable, a deposit. Rates are quoted in Zambian Kwacha unless stated.
2. Check-in & check-out
Check-in from 12:00, check-out by 10:00. Early or late arrangements may be made subject to availability.
3. Cancellations
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival unless otherwise stated in your confirmation. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged one night.
4. Payment
We accept cash, mobile money, bank transfer and major cards via our on site POS machine. Company invoicing is available for verified corporate accounts.
5. House rules
We are a quiet property. Guests are requested to respect other guests, staff and the property. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
6. Liability
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The lodge is not liable for loss or damage except where caused by our negligence.
7. Amendments
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your booking.
